At Best Korean Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your glow. If a product isn't the right fit for your skin, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure the products are in their original packaging and securely place them in a shipping box along with your order invoice.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
